Terms of Service

3.1 Placing Orders: Orders can be placed through our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

3.2 Quotations: Quotations provided are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on material costs and quantity.

3.3 Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed once payment is received or credit terms are agreed upon.

3.4 Minimum Quantities: Some services may have minimum order quantities as specified in the service descriptions.

4.1 File Format: We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, and PSD formats. For best results, submit print-ready PDF files.

4.2 File Quality: Files should be at least 300 DPI resolution. We are not responsible for poor print quality due to low-resolution files.

4.3 Color Mode: Files should be in CMYK color mode for accurate color reproduction. RGB files may be converted, which may affect colors.

4.4 Bleed and Trim: Include 3mm bleed on all sides for items requiring cutting. Text should be at least 5mm from trim edges.

4.5 Proofs: Digital proofs will be provided for approval before printing. Client is responsible for reviewing and approving proofs.

5.1 Payment Methods: We accept Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, and digital wallets through PhonePe.

5.2 Payment Timing: Payment is required before printing unless credit terms have been arranged for regular customers.

5.3 Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

5.4 Late Payments: For credit accounts, payment is due within the agreed credit period. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6.1 Production Time: Turnaround times are estimates and begin after proof approval and payment receipt. Same-day service is available for select items ordered before 12 PM.

6.2 Delivery: Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays due to courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Pickup: Items not collected within 30 days may be disposed of. Storage fees may apply for longer periods.

6.4 Urgent Orders: Rush service is available at additional cost, subject to production capacity.

7.1 Quality Standards: We strive for the highest quality in all our work. Minor variations in color and cutting are within industry standards.

7.2 Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for checking proofs for errors in text, layout, and design before approval.

7.3 Reprints: We will reprint items at no charge if the error is due to our production process. Errors in client-approved files are the client's responsibility.

7.4 Claims: Claims for defective work must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

8.1 Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before proof approval for a full refund. After proof approval, cancellation fees may apply.

8.2 Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

8.3 Production Started: Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Partial refunds may be considered case-by-case.

8.4 Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

9.1 Client Content: Clients retain all rights to their submitted designs and content.

9.2 Copyright: Clients must ensure they have the right to reproduce all submitted content. We are not responsible for copyright infringement.

9.3 Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse printing of content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights.

9.4 File Storage: We may store files for record-keeping but will not use them for any purpose other than fulfilling your orders.

10.1 Limitation: Our liability is limited to the cost of reprinting or refunding the defective portion of the order.

10.2 Consequential Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10.3 Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, power outages, etc.).

10.4 Samples: Physical samples shown are for reference only. Actual results may vary based on materials and files provided.
